Please arrange appointments with us before paying the reservation fee! Once we have confirmed the booking option, you can pay the fee of €50 per tour via PayPal by clicking here.
The reservation fee secures the tour date. As soon as the reservation fee has been received, we will book you for the desired date and tour.
All tours are subject to availability on the desired date. The tour is bindingly booked as soon as it has been confirmed by us and paid for by you.

In the event of cancellation more than 21 days before the date, the reservation fee will be refunded in full.
For cancellations up to 7 days before the tour, 25% of the tour price must be paid
In the event of cancellation 6 to 2 days before the tour, 50% of the price of the tour must be paid
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour will be charged in full.
Additional costs may be incurred for collection or drop-off outside the Hamburg core area. We will be happy to inform you about the amount in advance or when you book your tour.
